    we recently stayed at the sheraton and had an enjoyable experience. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was genuinely friendly, greeting us cheerfully. our room was spacious and clean, offering great views. we really loved the breakfast buffet, which provided an impressive variety of options, especially the guava juice and fresh omelettes. the nice birthday surprise for my partner added a wonderful touch to our celebration.

    The stay was really nice. This was a luxury property with a great pool. The location was good and incredible there, close to tram. And we were just off Australia, restaurants and parliament station and Princess Theatre: D

    Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

    During my brief transit stay at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel, I was impressed by the convenient location, just a kilometer from Flinders Street, which made navigating the city easy. I enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom suite on the 14th floor, offering stunning views of the cityscape and a luxurious marble bathroom that provided the perfect haven for relaxation.

    I did notice that the pool area, while excellent, could benefit from clearer signage to locate amenities like the sauna more conveniently. Despite this minor drawback, my overall experience was highly enjoyable.

    gorgeous place & exceptional room that was fantastic. i booked a room with a lovely bed, a safe box, tv and a mini fridge bar. i enjoyed city view. the location was great, relatively close to a national sports museum. a movie theater and bars were located close to the hotel.

    No issues.

    What a lovely stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The pool and gym were great amenities too. Just wish there was a pillow menu and a coffee machine in the room!

    the location is perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable king bed and excellent amenities. the bathroom was a standout, with a clever design that allowed us to enjoy the large tv while relaxing in the bath.

    Had a great stay! The Superior Room with a city view was spacious and comfy. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially after a fun night out. A couple of small things could’ve been cleaner, but overall it was a fantastic girls' getaway!
